RISC OS port of LCLint 2.4b+
LCLint is used to check C source code prior to compilation for problems such as memory management errors, the use of undefined storage, null pointer dereferencing, violations of information hiding, etc. It is quite comprehensive in that it provides over 300 command line switches (which can also be specified in an option file).
- lclint2-4b.zip (1075K)
This ZIP archive contains the main distribution, which comprises the executable, LCLint library files, a test suite of source code, the User's Guide in text format and some documentation for use under RISC OS.
- lclint-guide.zip (250K)
Also available, in this archive, is the User's Guide in HTML format which allows easier navigation using a web browser. Due to some long filenames and the number of files in the archive, the HTML User's Guide should be used directly from the archive or extracted to an extended filing system such as !raFS or a RISC OS 4 F+ disc. The contents page is named guide.html.
LCLint has it's own web pages at http://lclint.cs.virginia.edu/. These contain the original source code, information on mailing lists, known bug lists, links to other related sites, etc.
